We are currently seeking an Audit Manager or Senior Manager and offer a flexible, hybrid work environment. This position is responsible for the varied duties of many engagements running concurrently, ranging from building and maintaining client relationships to planning and completing engagements, to the billing and collection process. The Senior Manager also assumes responsibility for the development, coaching, and supervision of subordinates.
You will participate in firm growth and management initiatives. This position provides direction and coordination of resources to ensure client satisfaction in the planning and execution of audit engagements. Incumbent demonstrates technical expertise in accounting and auditing theory and principles, as well as research and analysis.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be considered for this Position, Candidates must: Have CPA. Have five to seven years related experience. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems. Demonstrate an aptitude in the following: Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis Building relationships and leadership ability Project management Business development
