Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer with expertise in Revit and NavisWorks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models, ensuring effective design coordination, and producing high-quality construction documentation. This role requires strong collaboration with project teams to enhance visualization and address challenges through clash detection.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage 3D BIM models using Revit and NavisWorks.
Develop and maintain construction documentation to support project delivery.
Coordinate design efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure project alignment.
Utilize clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to enhance project outcomes.
Produce high-quality visualizations for presentations and stakeholder communication.
Assist in project collaboration by leveraging Autodesk Software for seamless workflow.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a BIM Designer with a focus on Revit and NavisWorks.
Strong skills in 3D modeling and building information modeling (BIM).
Experience in producing construction documentation and architectural drafting.
Familiarity with design coordination and project collaboration processes.
Knowledge of clash detection methodologies and tools.
Proficient in using AutoDesk Software and other relevant design tools.
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
