Position Overview
We are an established Disaster Restoration company, and we are in search of a Business Development Representative with industry experience to drive growth and expand the company's client base within the our Greater Phoenix territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing strong relationships with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, HOAs, plumbers, general contractors, real estate professionals and other referral partners to ensure long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our disaster restoration services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and solutions.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales within the restoration industry.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
