Continuous Improvement Manager

Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze current processes and implement effective solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across various departments.
Facilitate training sessions on Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to employees.
Conduct regular assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure the adoption of best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster collaboration.
