Lead Electrical Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee our electrical engineering projects. This role involves leading the design and implementation of electrical systems and solutions, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical design, high voltage systems, and PLC programming, and will work closely with other engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
Oversee electrical circuit design and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Manage high voltage system design and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HMI solutions into projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical issues.
Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
Proven experience with PLC programming and configuration.
Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical circuit design.
Familiarity with HMI systems and their integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
