Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various legal proceedings, handle complex litigation cases, and provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including employment and product liability matters.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice to clients regarding litigation risks and strategies
Maintain thorough documentation of case progress and communications
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and rules
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines
Experience in employment law, product liability, or consumer litigation is a plus
