Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Position Overview
The Litigation Paralegal for Personal Injury will support attorneys in all aspects of litigation by assisting with case management, research, and document preparation. This role is critical in ensuring that cases are organized and that deadlines are met, ultimately contributing to the successful resolution of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and pleadings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Organize and maintain case files and documentation
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including drafting motions and summarizing depositions
Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Prepare trial exhibits and assist in the presentation of cases in court

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in legal research and case management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
