Your Impact

Lead mechanical engineering efforts across a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Hospitality projects. Your expertise will shape sustainable mechanical systems, ensuring design quality, compliance, and technical excellence. This role offers opportunities to mentor engineers, oversee project execution, optimize operations, and contribute to business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee the design and planning of sustainable mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client expectations.
  • Lead technical discussions on MEP topics with architects and stakeholders.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development.
  • Support business development efforts through proposals and client engagement.
  • Stay current with advancements in HVAC and mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of mechanical engineering and HVAC system design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Extensive experience in the AEC industry.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of Building and Mechanical Codes.
  • LEED AP BD+C and WELL Certification preferred.
