Job Title: Project Engineer 2

Location: Tracy, CA - Ability to commute and visit sites as needed in the area

Salary: $90k - $110k - D.O.E., Full Benefits

Requirements: 3+ Years of Project Engineering, construction experience in Heavy Civil Construction: Paving, grading, underground, BART/Caltrans familiarity, Primavera/P6, MS Office/Project, Bluebeam, Take-Off

We are California's premier heavy civil paving, grading, underground, and infrastructure firms. We specialize in complex road and freeway projects, including paving, grading, sanitary, storm, and water work. What you will be doing:

You will play a crucial role in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring the accuracy and support Project Management team requests. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards. You will also assist estimators by quantifying elements of construction using PDF plans, 2D CAD files, and 3D models.

Needs:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, strongly desired
3+ years as a Project Engineer within Civil Construction Projects
Familiarity with Caltrans, BART, Underground, Paving, Grading projects
Design work related to AutoCAD, 2D, 3D modeling
AGTEK, Bluebeam, Take-Off, Primavera/P6, HCSS/Heavy Bid - Construction Software proficiency
Ability to travel to job sites as needed in the area
RFI submittal knowledge, Agency familiarity, Contractors, etc.
