Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing solutions as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and mapping, including proficiency in Surveying Autocad.
Experience with construction layout and staking processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
