Project Manager/Project Architect - Architecture | Design

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Project Architect with a passion for design and a strong background in architecture. This role is integral to leading architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Utilize architectural software, including Revit and AutoCAD, to create and modify design documents and presentations.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design and construction process.
Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect (AIA and NCARB preferred).
Proven experience in project management within the architecture or design industry.
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM technologies.
Experience with commercial and retail architecture projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
