Sales Representative - Reroofing

Position Overview
The Sales Representative for Reroofing will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the commercial roofing sector. The main objective is to promote and sell reroofing services to potential clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial roofing sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and propose suitable reroofing solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of reroofing processes and commercial roofing solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to perform site assessments and understand technical specifications.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
