Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role is crucial in managing the daily operations of the construction site and liaising with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and enforce quality control procedures.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by implementing safety protocols and regulations.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve any issues that arise during construction to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction, particularly in luxury and high-end projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
