Established Full-Service Law Firm Seeking Transactional Attorney in Cincinnati, OH
A respected Cincinnati-based law firm with over 90 years of service is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its growing business and real estate practice. Wood & Lamping offers a collaborative, client-focused environment and represents a broad range of clients including closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on client interaction, long-term relationship building, and working across corporate, real estate, and commercial matters.
Offer:
$115,000 - $140,000 annual base salary depending on experience and book of business

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Ohio
3+ years of experience in transactional law, including business formation, contract negotiation, and real estate transactions
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial leases, purchase agreements, corporate governance documents, and financing instruments
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Experience in estate or tax planning for business clients is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on business formation, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Negotiate and close real estate deals, commercial leases, and asset purchases
Draft and review operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing documents
Conduct legal research and due diligence for transactions and regulatory compliance
Provide practical legal counsel to small and mid-sized businesses in a variety of industries
Work closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive client service
