Compensation: $140k-$200k + Per Diem + Vehicle
Requirements: 7+ years as a construction Superintendent. Experience on projects related to Warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, Industrial. Tilt-Wall experience is preferred.
This is a full time/permanent position with an ENR top 300 General Contractor.
They are seeking an experienced Superintendent who has experience on ground-up / Tilt-up projects exceeding $20M+ related to Industrial, Warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, etc. They have consistent work and offer competitive salaries + Bonus + strong benefits + travel home twice per month.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects from inception to completion
Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards
What You Need for this Position
7+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
Experience on ground-up/Tilt-Wall projects related to Industrial, Manufacturing, Storage, or related
Leading project experience exceeding $20M+
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
