Established Plaintiff's Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorney in Cleveland, OH
A respected Cleveland-based plaintiff's law firm with over 90 years of experience is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. Nurenberg Paris has built a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of individuals and families affected by serious injuries, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Offer:
$125,000 - $155,000 annual base salary depending on litigation and trial experience, with additional performance-based bonuses

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Ohio
2+ years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or plaintiff-side litigation
Strong legal research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to manage a full caseload, meet deadlines, and maintain client relationships with compassion and professionalism
Trial experience or willingness to actively participate in litigation is preferred
Bilingual skills a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases
Conduct client intake, case evaluations, and oversee medical record reviews and damages assessments
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, settlement demands, and motions
Engage in negotiations, mediations, and litigation, including depositions and trial preparation
Maintain regular communication with clients and contribute to case strategy and litigation planning
Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal support staff to achieve successful case outcomes
